Who we are.
Affinity Family Medical owner operators Chris and Kerri Gill understand the needs of a local family as they have been raising their own family in the Whitsundays since 2011.
Both Chris and Kerri understand some of the many challenges to living and working in a rural area as most of their working life has been providing healthcare to rural and remote areas of Australia and internationally. They have experienced life in rural Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland as well as Chris dedicating over 15 years to remote Australia in Cape York, Arnhem Land and the Kimberley.
Chris returned to university to complete his medical degree, followed by training in Townsville, Mackay and Proserpine to obtain his fellowship as a Rural Generalist with advanced skills in anaesthetics in 2014.
Kerri graduated from the Victorian College of Pharmacy, Monash University in 1998 and has worked as a pharmacist at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Goulburn Valley Base Hospital in Shepparton and retail pharmacies in Shepparton, Cairns, Townsville and Proserpine.
Chris and Kerri have a combined experience of over 50 years in the healthcare industry and are excited by the new challenges of opening their own medical centre.

Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
